Raleigh-Wake Paralegal Association

   Welcome to the Raleigh-Wake
          Paralegal Association

The Raleigh-Wake Paralegal Association was formed in October 1979 by a group of professional paralegals with the primary goal of enhancing professionalism and fraternity among paralegals in the Wake County area of North Carolina.

The RWPA strives to contribute to the legal community as well as serving the needs of its members and community. Every second Wednesday of the month (except for October when we hold our annual CLE), the RWPA meets at the Holiday Inn off of Glenwood from 12:30 - 1:30. Featured at each sit-down luncheon are guest speakers from a variety of practice areas as well as local businesses who keep the membership abreast of new developments and available resources throughout the community.

To date, the RWPA currently has over 168 members and next year we are celebrating our 30th Anniversary downtown at the Cardinal Club during our March meeting.

Please take some time to browse through our website. We have many interesting articles for you to read and resource links for you to utilize. If you are interested in becoming a member of the RWPA the 2009 application is available on our website. If you have further questions about the RWPA you may contact the RWPA First Vice President/Membership Chair, Crissie Curtis at crissie_curtis@yahoo.com
